Yiğit Oğuz Duman

After graduating from the Department of Industrial Engineering, Boğaziçi University, Yiğit Oğuz Duman received his MBA degree in business administration from Koç University. He began his professional career in 1995 at Kibar Holding Co. operating in various sectors including foreign trade, automotive, metal and food. He assumed responsibilities in change management, human resources management, industrial relations, quality assurance practices and business law. He worked as the Human Resources Manager at Assan Aluminum and Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Director at Kibar Holding Co. In 2008, he joined Turkcell Superonline and undertook responsibilities about Human Resources, Procurement and Administrative Affairs, Customer Experience Management roles, while serving as the Business Support Deputy General Manager and Customer Experience Management Deputy General Manager. Having taken various management roles as from 2001, in governing boards of Turkish Personnel Management Association (PERYÖN), the largest non-governmental organization of Turkey, Yiğit acted as the President of PERYÖN between 2005 and 2010 and between 2012 and 2014. He joined TAV Airports Holding in October 2011 as Human Resources Director and was appointed as the member of Steering Committee of TAV Airports Holding and the Vice President_Business Support in November 2013.

He established in 2014 DUMAN Management Consultancy. The main concentration of DUMAN is the "Talent" related projects. Recruiting, Selecting, Developing and Retaining projects are the ones DUMAN team is working on.

Pelin Kaplan Unan

Pelin Kaplan Unan has a background in the pharmaceutical industry where she started with Eczacibasi Pharmaceuticals and worked for multinationals such as Eli Lilly, Boehringer Ingelheim, Novartis, and Merck Sharp & Dohme over 17 years. She mainly worked in strategic marketing in a range of positions .

Driven by her passion in professional and personal development, she took a major decision in 2007 to have a career shift to work in this area. She moved into human resources at Merck Sharp & Dohme. She focused on training & development where she established the training curriculum for a range of positions across the organisation, prepared the training needs analysis and also worked as an internal trainer, in particular, on leadership and coaching skills. In addition, she led the Assessment and Development Centers which are conducted by third parties in the same organization. This gave her the opportunity to gain experience in the assessment techniques and tools to evaluate the skills and potentials of employees.

 Starting from 2010, Pelin has been focusing on assessments as a freelance consultant. Alongside the Assessment and Development Center programs, as an executive coach and a trainer, Pelin also conducts leadership and coaching skills trainings.

Pelin’s main goal in life is to help people bring to light their potentials to lead a more successful and satisfactory life. She profoundly believes in coaching and its benefits and the impact that coaching skills have in the workplace. She completed her ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited Coaching Training at Adler International in 2010. She also completed the Adler Practicum Program and gained ATC. She is an accredited coach by the ICF (ACC).

 Pelin is a graduate of American Collegiate Institute of Izmir, and Faculty of Pharmacy at Ege University.  She is married and has one son.

Zeliha Ağar

Zeliha Ağar graduated from Uludag University, Faculty of  Economics and Administrative Sciences, Business Administration Department and received her MA degree from Galatasaray University, in Sociological Studies on Turkey. In addition, she completed Human Resources Management Certificate Program at Istanbul Technical University. She started her professional career with a retail company, D&R (Dogan Media Group), in Human Resources Department where she held an active role mainly in Recruitment and also HR System Set-up, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Employee Maintenance Afterwards she worked in the banking industry, Denizbank and Turkish Economy Bank. She worked as Senior Specialist at Denizbank and as Assistant Manager at Turkish Economy Bank in chronogical order. She gained an extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, Career Planning, Organizational Structure, HR Reporting and Data Management Before she joined Duman Consultancy, as Business Partner she has been sharing her knowledge  and experience on Recruitment and HRM Consultancy with the clients from various industries at Inproda Consulting.

Aslı Arabacı

After graduating from the Sociology Department in Mimar Sinan Fine Art University, Aslı Arabacı attended the Human Resources Planning program at New Jersey Seton Hall University in The USA. She began her career as a recruiting consultant; then she moved on to working as an HR Generalist for Hilti MO Turkey. Her responsibilities included preparing payroll, dealing with personnel affairs, all recruiting process, training operations, orientation, HR KPI reporting, organizational development, procedures and regulations, performance and talent management. After a while, she entered into the construction industry in Sera Group as an HR Executive. She was responsible for the projects of Emaar Square Projects Phase 2 and Phase 3 (TAV-Sera JV), International Esenboğa Airports New Domestic and International Terminal, İzmir Adnan Menderes Airports New International Terminal, Car park and access roads, Tuzla Piri Reis University Projects. Then she was transferred by İçtaş İnşaat as an HR Chief. Her areas of expertise involve recruitment, training processes, organizational development, career and talent management and reporting for İçtaş İnşaat headquarters, 3th Bosphorus Bridge Project in İstanbul, M11 and WHSD infrastructural projects in Russia.

Aslı has gained experience all areas of Human Resources for about 10 years, is now working as a Human Resources Projects and Recruitment Consultant since June 2016.

Ali Arzuman

Ali Arzuman graduated from Ankara University Political Science Faculty in 2000. Completing the Sales Management Trainee Program in Doğuş Holding he started his career in sales management in Tansaş. He participated in the establishment of company’s training system. During the merging process of Tansaş and Migros he worked on consolidation of HR-Training processes of these two companies. His experience also includes HR Manager role at Goldaş Retail Group and Süvari. During this period he undertook design and execution of recruitment, training, performance, talent management, payroll, C&B, corporate culture and administrative affairs functions.

His latest experience before Duman Consultancy was in Colin’s where he worked as Head of HR and Global Head of Organizational Development. Acting as the HR Project Manager he led OD and HRBP functions design, organizational design processes, government incentives, HR reporting system, employer branding, internal communication, stores bonus and performance system, career management and workforce planning.

His fields of expertise include, Organizational Development, Training, Performance, Talent Management, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Employer Branding, Organizational Culture and Values, HR Analytics and HR Project Management. His earlier experiences in accounting, finance and sales management has allowed him to align HR issues with companies’ strategy and priorities.

Arzuman has an MBA degree, is a member of BMD HR committee and a volunteer in IODA (International Organisation Development Association).

İrem Savaş

İrem Savaş graduated from the Industrial Engineering of Sakarya University in 2016. During 4 years at university, she has been active in many HR and Industrial Engineering projects. İrem has started to gain HR experiences at Assan Aluminium  and TAV Airports  as internship periods.

She worked as intern engineer in the Department of Production Planning at Isılsan Company. After graduating, İrem has worked at Tomas Bata University at Czech Republic as PID Controller.

Returning Turkey, She joined Duman Management Consultancy as HR Assistant Specialist.

Ebru Kanatlı

Ebru Kanatlı graduated from Tarsus American College and received her bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bogaziçi University.

She began her professional career in 1997 at Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S. She gained fifteen years of extensive professional experience in the Telecommunications sector in Finance, Sales and Marketing departments prior to changing her career path in 2012. She moved from corporate life as the Marketing Director of Avea where she had been responsible for all commercial activities and strategy of the segment. As a result she is experienced in product marketing, revenue management, channel management, brand and partnership strategy as well as customer experience in both the consumer and corporate segments. During the course of her corporate career she also gained a deep level of expertise in start-ups, mergers and change management.

Ebru Kanatlı is an Executive Coach, Team Coach and Trainer. She has integrated her coaching training with her professional experience to help her clients in their development and career life. She is trained by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and currently certified with more than 500+ hours of executive coaching as ACC by the International Coaching Federation. She has also completed her training for Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) where she is currently coaching Teams and Systems. Lately she has completed her Facilitation Skills Training by the International Association of Facilitators-TR and Systems Coaching by AoEC.

She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) as well as the International Association of Facilitators. She is married and has two children.

Göksen Oktay Atalan

Göksen Oktay Atalan graduated from Middle East Technical University, Sociology Department. She attended the Human Resources and Corporate Governance Program at RDBE.

She began her career as a CRM and continued as an Account Manager at Her experience also includes Recruitment Specialist role at Pegasus Airlines. Before Duman Consultancy she was working at Ericsson as a Market Logistics Management Specialist. She started her DUMAN Management Consultancy career as Corporate Communications Executive.
